Salon Policies
Cancellations – All Divine Designs By Ashley clients are asked to provide a 24-hour notice of any changes or cancellations to their scheduled appointments.  Missed appointments without prior notice will result in a $25.00 fee to be added to your next appointment.

Children:  Divine Designs By Ashley welcomes clients to bring their children to the salon.  Please note…all children must be supervised by an adult during the visit, and cannot be left unattended.

Gratuity:  Gratuity is appreciated, but not required.  When leaving a tip on your credit card…please alert your stylists so that it can be properly processed.

So what if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand.  We ask that you make your cancellation at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment.  Missed appointments without prior notice will result in a $25.00 fee to be added to your next appointment.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?
Our desire is to work with you.  While sometimes the schedule may be a little more flexible, it is advised that you make your appoint at least 2-4 weeks in advance.  You are also welcome to schedule your appointment as far in advance as needed.

Do you allow mobile devices in the salon?
You are welcome to bring your mobile phones/device with you to your appointment.  We do ask that you limit your mobile phone use while being serviced and during your time of check-out.

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, & Discover;  We accept all Debit Cards, as well as Personal Checks, and Cash.
